Booking & Payment
Choose your event, select a seat, fill in your details (name, phone, email) and complete the payment. Your ticket will be sent to your email.
A reservation is held for 1 day (24 hours). If payment is not completed, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
We accept: bank cards (Visa / MasterCard / Arca), Idram, Telcell Wallet, and easywallet. All transactions are SSL secured. We do not store card details.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, tickets can be returned up to 3 days before the event. A 4% service fee will be deducted from the ticket price.
You will receive a full refund. Refunds apply only to tickets purchased through our website.
No. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources. Please contact the place of purchase.
Account
Log in and go to "My Tickets". Tickets are also sent to your registered email address.
Absolutely. We protect your personal data and never share it with third parties.
