Booking & Payment
Choose an event, select a seat, fill in your name, phone number and email, then complete the payment. Your ticket will be sent to your email.
A reservation is held for 24 hours. If payment is not completed, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Arca, Idram, Telcell Wallet and easywallet. All transactions are SSL secured. We do not store card details.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, tickets can be returned up to 3 days before the event. A 4% service fee will be deducted from the ticket price.
You will receive a full refund if the event is cancelled. Refunds apply only to tickets purchased through TicketSystem.am.
No. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from other websites or other sources. Please contact the place of purchase.
Account
Log in to your account and open the “My Tickets” section. Tickets are also sent to your email address.
Yes. We protect your personal data and do not share it with third parties.
